In his talk, he will present why it is good to find ways around the word "no" in advertising. He will show how to come up with creative ideas that are beneficial for business as well as society, and explain why some ideas can take a year to implement, others eight years.

The Creative Restart conference is hosted by Taste Academy and has been an event where digital marketing, e-commerce and management professionals have gathered for over seven years.

She also mentions a regional programme called #xCHANGERS, which involves young talent in the leadership of the agency.
